Data Deletion
Effective date: 6 August 2026
You can delete your Gully Cricket Scorer account and data at any time, whether or not you still have the App installed.
Option 1 — delete in-app (fastest)
- Open Gully Cricket Scorer and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your password when prompted.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — request deletion without the App
If you no longer have the App installed or can't sign in, email dsrigyan.app@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login credentials and account
- Your profile: name, phone number, date of birth, gender, country, profile photo
- Identity/CricID links between your account and player records you own
- Your push-notification token
What's retained, and why
Match records you scored or played in are kept after your account is deleted. Gully cricket matches are shared records — teammates and opponents rely on the scorecard staying intact, so match/ball-by-ball data isn't removed just because one participant deletes their account. This data is disassociated from your personal profile, which is deleted per above.
If you specifically want a match record removed rather than just your account, contact us at dsrigyan.app@gmail.com and we'll evaluate the request — for example if you were the only participant, or if all participants agree.
